This online course focuses on Standard 5 of the Care Certificate. It identifies person-centred approaches to working practice. It examines what person-centred approaches and values are and how to apply them to working practice. It then looks at identifying and reporting concerns about an individual’s environment or treatment, minimising discomfort and promoting identity and self-esteem.
